I’m a London Personal Trainer and Body Transformation Coach based in a private health club in Central London. Unlike most fitness professionals, I know what it’s like to be seriously unfit. Honestly, I’ve been in your shoes, hence, I know how important the right mental approach is, in order to take action, overcome adversity, and succeed at reaching goals previously thought of as unattainable.

Most athletes and personal trainers have superior genetics, whereas I was far from the sporty type. I was usually the last pick for any team sports at school, simply as I lacked the agility, speed and strength. What didn't help was the fact that I developed a bone condition in my left shoulder that left my humerus (the bone of the upper arm) slightly deformed. I had to stay away from sports for a long time, my physique suffered even more, and so did my self-esteem. Only when I turned 17 did it all change, as I got into fitness and weight training and due to a large dose of resilience I started gradually progressing.

I’ve come a long way since then. I eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness, and it shows in the outstanding results I achieve for my personal training clients. That doesn’t mean that you’d have to become a “health nut” to yield serious results. It’s about balance – you should still enjoy life while developing a mindset to ensure consistency in regards to your training and nutrition. As a NLP Master Practitioner I can show you how to build motivation and most importantly, how to remain motivated.

First, You Must Qualify

I’m very proud of my reputation as a Body Transformation Coach. They call me The Sculptor for a reason. I’ll do nothing to compromise it, and that’s why I’m quite particular about who I take on as a client.

The most important thing – I want you to be honest with me. Tell me exactly why you are looking to get in shape right now. I need to understand what really drives you, so that I can help you adopt the right mindset for success and guide you along the way to your goal. Also, I need you to keep me posted in regards to your nutrition and extra training that you do by yourself. I need to know if you’re sticking to the plan, so that I can make adjustments when necessary, or we can reevaluate your goals and agree on how much effort you’re really able to give.

You must show commitment, and have a burning desire to succeed. Whether you have a short-term or long-term goal, you better be serious about it. I will give you all the tools and support required to get there, but you must show dedication and maintain a positive attitude. I call it the high-flyer mindset – destined for success.

For at least the first 21 days you must completely give up processed foods, wheat, sugar and alcohol. Your body needs to be detoxified, and if you can’t commit to such a small timeframe in the grand scheme of life, then I’m sorry but it’s not for you.
